• For orders above USD 150 we offer free shipping in US and Canada. For orders over USD 300 we offer free worldwide shipping.

• Import fees, taxes and duties are the buyer's sole responbility and are not included in our prices and/or shipping fees.

 

• We only accept returns of products that present manufacturing defects or that are not what the consumer ordered. Should one of these conditions occur, buyers in the US and Canada have up to 5 days after having received the item to inform us and request a return label. Items will be inspected after being received back and  if the defect or error is confirmed, buyers will receive a full refund. International buyers will have to cover the return shipping expenses. Items that have been used and/or inked cannot be returned.
